We take tremendous pride in our jerky. Each batch takes 48 hours to produce, starting with the hand cutting process. All meats are cut across the grain to make them easier to enjoy than the "long cut" jerky you'll find from other producers. We take the time to hand trim the fat off of each cut, so you get the most meat for your hard earned dollar.
All meat is then marinated for 24 hours before being processed. No chemicals or preservatives are added, none are needed. This is a traditional dry jerky, with nothing between you and the flavor. Since it is a dry product, it DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REFRIGERATED after opening. PCC Jerky is perfect for camping, hiking, hunting, the office, worksite, or around the house as a snack anytime.
